Attorney Mark Katsman is the principal attorney and owner of the firm. Mr. Katsman has practiced immigration law since 1996 and has helped thousands of foreign individuals obtain legal status in the U.S. as well as U.S. companies who have sponsored  foreign workers in the U.S. Mr. Katsman received a Law Degree in 1995 from the University of Miami School of Law. He also holds an M.B.A. in International Management from the University of Miami School of Business. Mr. Katsman received his undergraduate degree in Business from Baruch College, City University of New York in 1986. Mark Katsman is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the American Bar Association (ABA). He was also designated in 2011 by the State of Florida as Ambassador of Commerce of Florida to Russia. Mark Katsman is fluent in Russian and has a working knowledge of Spanish, French and Portuguese.
